Administrative Letters
GYPB offers clear, ethical documentation support for established clients. All services are HIPAA-compliant and priced transparently:
• Same-Day Service Letters
Work or school notes tied directly to your scheduled appointment are provided at no cost.
• Mental Health Day / Emergency Excuse Letters
Requests made outside of a scheduled visit are considered non-clinical documentation and billed at a flat rate of $25.
• FMLA Paperwork
Due to its complexity and time requirements, FMLA documentation is billed at $125.
• Mental Health–Related Nexus Letters
Survivor-informed Nexus letters for VA claims are available for $250, including trauma-sensitive language and documentation review.
This policy ensures fairness, protects clinical time, and supports sustainable care. Payment is due prior to letter release.
Hormonal Testing
- Hormonal testing ( male or female), is available on a cash-only basis, with pricing dependent on the specific labs ordered. Labs are processed through Quest Labs.
- You do not need to be an established GYPB client to request lab testing. Results will be provided to you directly, and you may choose to pursue holistic treatment through GYPB if desired.
This service supports accessible, personalized care without insurance barriers.
📁 Account Creation & Documentation Policy
To maintain secure records and ensure ethical, HIPAA-compliant care, an account will be created for all clients—regardless of service type. This includes brief consults, documentation-only requests, and one-time appointments.
Creating an account allows GYPB to:
• Process payments securely
• Maintain accurate records of any services received
• Provide appropriate documentation, receipts, and follow-up support
Note: Account creation does not imply an ongoing treatment relationship. It simply ensures that any interaction—clinical or administrative—is properly recorded and protected.
