A comprehensive psychiatric evaluation via telehealth designed to better understand your symptoms, concerns, treatment goals, and overall mental health needs.
This appointment may include:
- Mental health history review

- Medication evaluation when clinically appropriate
Private Pay Pricing
GYPB Mental Health PLLC offers straightforward private-pay psychiatric care with no subscription and no monthly membership requirement.
Standard Follow-Up
$75
30-minute follow-up for ongoing psychiatric care and medication management.
Extended Follow-Up
$100
45-minute follow-up for patients who need additional time for more complex concerns or treatment planning.
Quick Medication Check
$30
15-minute appointment for established, clinically stable patients needing a brief medication or refill check-in available after 4 months of being stable.
Quick medication checks are not appropriate for new symptoms, worsening symptoms, significant side effects, medication changes, or multiple concerns.
Private Pay Payment Policy
Private-pay appointments are charged based on the appointment type selected.
Payment is processed before the scheduled appointment. If payment cannot be successfully processed, the appointment will be canceled and will not proceed.

Insurance Options
GYPB Mental Health PLLC accepts select insurance plans through Headway and Grow Therapy.
Insurance participation may vary by state, plan, and individual benefits.
Headway
For Virginia patients, current plans may include:

Patients using Grow Therapy will receive a separate Grow Therapy registration and billing link to verify benefits and complete required billing information.

Insurance Booking
All patients using insurance will be directed to Headway or Grow Therapy for insurance verification, billing, and appointment scheduling.
When you select the appropriate Headway or Grow Therapy booking link, you will be asked to create an account, enter your insurance information, verify your benefits, and schedule your appointment directly through that platform.
Insurance appointments are not booked through GYPB Mental Health PLLC’s private-pay scheduling system.
Your copay, coinsurance, deductible, and other patient responsibility amounts are determined by your insurance plan and the applicable billing platform.
GYPB Mental Health PLLC’s private-pay rates do not apply to insurance-billed appointments.
